Major League Baseball News Article | |  | Saturday, February 27th, 2010: Astros Bourn Violates League Drug Policy The Houston Astros have been notified by the league office that center fielder Michael Bourn has tested positive for a prohibited substance listed on baseball's drug policy. As the policy states, Bourn will be suspended for 10 games.
The Houston GM spoke with reporters and said, "I was informed today that Michael tested positive for banned substance. So he'll be on the restricted list for 10 games."
When asked about the suspension, Bourn declined to talk about the situation.
